Peninsula Eye Center offers comprehensive eye care from routine eye exams, glasses and contact lens services to complete diagnostic, medical and surgical eye care. We offer patients a choice of seeing an ophthalmologist or optometrist when scheduling an appointment. Our ophthalmologists are Board Certified Physicians specializing in the latest medical, surgical and laser treatment of eye diseases. Our Board Certified Optometrist provides the specialty services needed for eyeglass and contact lens wearers.

Our Mission and philosophy at Peninsula Eye Center is to make sure that every single patient receives the highest quality care, with the lowest possible cost and that our patients experience the least amount of psychological, emotional or physical trauma possible while under our care, thus returning our patients to their social environment within the shortest and safest time frame possible. WE ARE PATIENT ORIENTED!

Comprehensive Medical Examinations are the very first step in diagnosing any eye related abnormality. All eye examinations are performed in one of our 4 state of the art offices, and by some of the most respected and trusted Ophthalmic Doctors on the Eastern Shore.

Our Retinal Services include treatment for Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma Management, as well as treatment for Diabetic patients. We offer the latest treatment for Macular Degeneration including vitreal injections and Laser therapy.

Cataracts can be a natural occurrence of aging. We offer small incision Cataract Surgery in our own Out Patient Surgery Center. Our surgeons will discuss with you the lens implant best suited to your life style.

Drooping Eye lids can impair vision. We offer corrective surgery for excess skin or drooping of the eyelids.

Eyewear and Contacts are a normal part of life for most people but it doesn't have to be an uncomfortable part of life. Peninsula Eye Center offers a wide selection of Eyewear and Contacts to meet the needs of all of our patients. Currently Eyewear and Contact services are offered at our Salisbury and Berlin, MD Locations.
